RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Receiving products you love is important to us! We accept returns/exchanges that are postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns/exchanges will only be accepted for unworn, undamaged, like-new (free of smells) merchandise with original tags attached.
Please note that since our inventory is limited and sells quickly, we are unable to guarantee an exchange.
Due to its nature, swim, pre-orders, jewelry, seasonal and sale items can not be returned or exchanged. Returns will only be accepted on full priced items that are not swim, seasonal, or pre-orders.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through third-party sellers, including Facebook groups or boutiques.
Shipping costs on returns/exchanges are the buyer's responsibility, unless the return/exchange is due to defects/damages in manufacturing or you received the incorrect item.
To process a return/exchange:
1) Please email shoplololane@gmail.com within 3 days of the delivery date to request a return/exchange, and we will email you the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM with the return address.2) Please mail the item back with the RETURN/EXCHANGE form to: PO Box 6253, McKinney, TX 75071. Returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery date.
3) Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment, within estimated 7-10 business days,
*Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
If you are shipping an item back, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee we will receive your returned item.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We will happily replace or refund any items that are damaged or defective. Please contact shoplololane@gmail.com and send a picture of the damaged/defective item within 3 days of delivery date.
